Job Summary Join our dynamic Neurology practice as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and become an integral part of delivering exceptional patient care. In this energized role, you will support neurologists and healthcare teams by providing comprehensive clinical and administrative assistance. Your expertise will help streamline patient visits, facilitate accurate documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of operations within our outpatient neurology clinic. Responsibilities Assist Neurologists during patient examinations by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for procedures Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans Support patient intake processes, including verifying insurance information, updating medical records, and explaining procedures to patients Monitor and record vital signs and perform basic physiology assessments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, including exam rooms and medical equipment management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency medicine settings to provide seamless patient care
