ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform intake duties that include providing intake paper work to patients, collect UA's, perform vital signs and give TB test when needed, and prepare files for intakes. Ensure documents are accurately filed appropriately in patient charts. Attend meetings and hearings at the request of CT on behalf of the client. Ability to be fully cleared through a criminal records investigation. Cannot currently be on parole or probation for any crimes. Demonstrates ethical behavior in order to maintain professional standards and safeguard the participants. Protects program participants' health, safety, welfare and confidentiality of records. Participates in and complies with scheduled CT training, retreats and continuing education requirements. There will be no more than one (1) unexcused absence from a scheduled CT training, retreat or continuing education event. Attends CT staff meetings as scheduled and appropriate. Perform routine tasks and procedures such as measuring patients' vital signs, recording information in medical recordkeeping systems, preparing and handling medical instruments and supplies, and collecting and preparing specimens of bodily fluids for laboratory testing. Front desk duties such as checking patients in, scheduling appointments, obtaining signatures and answering phone calls. Other duties may be assigned.
