EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is a plus Previous supervisory experience preferred Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations) Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic.
