Las Cruces, NM Job Details Part-time $80,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Pathlink is seeking an Experienced Pathology Assistant to work part time at Memorial Medical Center in La Cruces, New Mexico. Join our pathology team at Pathlink. We are seeking a detail-oriented Pathologist Assistant to support our pathologists in a collaborative high-quality laboratory enviroment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with gross examination and dissection of surgical specimens Process, label and document tissue specimens Submit tissue for histologic examination Maintain accurate records and comply with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field required PA (ASCP) certification preferred. Previous pathology, histology, or laboratory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
