What You'll Do:

As a vital member of our Pain Management team, you'll: Partner with medical providers to deliver exceptional patient care and support treatment plans. Ensure a high-quality care environment by maintaining practice policies and standards. Manage patient records, collect history and physical information, and uphold strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Handle administrative tasks like completing forms, managing charts, and inventorying supplies to keep our practice running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Job Knowledge :

Familiarity with medical office procedures, medical terminology, workers' compensation processes, and HIPAA compliance. Experience with infection control and collecting patient history is a plus.

Skills :

Outstanding customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming experience for patients. Proficiency in completing forms, managing dictation, and handling office equipment like copiers.
