Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with patient care, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical office procedures. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively. Assist with documentation review to ensure accuracy in patient records. Maintain health information management systems by organizing and filing patient records. Support clinical staff with basic medical assistance as needed. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality. Experience Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Assistant is required . Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is required. Proficiency in office software applications and electronic health record systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Spanish Speaking Required . Resume attached to be considered This position requires you to work till 6pm on some days and work Saturdays when needed.
