The role will primarily focus on rooming patients, returning patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall clinical office operations . The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities + Room patients and prepare them for provider visits. + Obtain and document basic patient information as required. + Return patient phone calls promptly and professionally. + Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. + Communicate with patients regarding appointments and routine office needs. + Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day patient-care operations. + Maintain accurate patient information and documentation. + Help keep clinical and patient-care areas organized and prepared for daily operations. + Work collaboratively with providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members. + Adapt to changing priorities and patient volumes throughout the day. + Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-focused service. + Perform other clinical or administrative support duties as assigned. .
