Pick shifts that align with your schedule Minimum 4 shifts per month required Join our dynamic Float Pool, a flexible and rewarding opportunity where you can choose shifts based on your personal schedule and availability. As a member of the Float Pool, you'll have access to any open shifts across our various locations, allowing you to pick up shifts when it fits your lifestyle. You're required to pick at least 4 shifts a month to be a member of the Float Pool Medical Assistant job responsibilities include: Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, medical histories, and assisting with patient intake. Perform routine laboratory tests as directed by the physician. Maintain and sterilize medical instruments and clean examination rooms. Respond to patient inquiries and follow up on test results. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
