Job Description
Medical Assistant - Full-Time (Clinic Evaluations) Overview Join The IMA Group as a Medical Assistant supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient interaction—without on-call demands. Schedule Full-time, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance) Travel to Bronx occasionally What You'll Do Assist providers during evaluation appointments Capture vital signs and patient histories Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic clinical procedures Maintain exam room readiness and supply levels Support accurate documentation and patient flow Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior clinical experience required; MA certification preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Compensation & Benefits $20.00/hour PTO, paid holidays, and floating holiday 401(k) with employer match Full benefits package No on-call responsibilities The IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Our Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.
