Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories. Provide exceptional patient care by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate patient records, including coding for billing purposes and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure efficient office operations and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is required. Strong understanding of physiology and medical terminology. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care. Familiarity with medical coding systems is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
