Monday

• Friday, schedule varies between: 8:30AM

• 6PM, 9:30AM

| Front Desk Medical Assistant Position 3) Tells us about yourself and attach your resume Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate data entry. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers. Verify insurance information and assist verifications team with insurance uploads. Maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize our electronic health record system, CareCloud. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and any necessary follow-up. Handle phone inquiries, including appointment requests and general questions about services provided. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth operations within the medical office. Assisting one or more physicians with patient triage and vitals (manual blood pressure is used, not electronic cuffs), Blood draw CLIA-waived in-house lab testing Preparing vials and samples for lab collection and coordinating lab pick ups Preparing vaccines

Performing EKGs Education and Experience :

Medical Assistant certificate and Phlebotomy certificate required, or LPN clinical program certification. High School Diploma Required 2+ Years of Experience as a Medical Assistant in a private practice

Qualifications and Skills :

Excellent communication skills

• both oral and written Positive attitude and a patient centric approach Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment
