Adult Suffolk Vascular Associates is a fast-paced vascular surgery practice with in-office surgical suites at all three of our locations. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, outgoing, and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. Prior experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and admit patients for office visits and in-office surgical procedures Update and maintain patient records in our electronic health record system (Epic) Provide basic wound care and assist physicians as needed Support daily clinical operations in a high-volume setting

Requirements:

Willingness to travel between all three office locations (Port Jefferson Station, Hauppauge, Riverhead) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Experience with Epic EMR is a plus

Compensation:

Salary based on experience Comprehensive training and support provided
