This is a part-time position 3 day a week. Responsibilities Completing patient assessments and reassessments Provide patient education and support in Russian, explaining procedures, medication instructions, and post-visit care instructions clearly and empathetically Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure all clinical areas are clean, organized, and ready for patient visits Keeping patient information organized and up to date Support medical office management tasks like scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records Skills Fluency in Russian and English; excellent communication skills to serve diverse patient populations effectively Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and EMR/EHR management tools for accurate documentation Ability to perform clinical tasks Familiarity with medical assisting procedures within hospital or clinic environments; experience with Level I Trauma Centers or Geriatrics is advantageous Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally Knowledge of medical records management and healthcare compliance standards to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
