options Additional employee perks Responsibilities Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical supplies Room patients, take vital signs, and document visit information Review patient history and prior visit plans Accurately enter data into electronic medical records (EMR) Assist with care coordination and daily team huddles Review schedules and gather patient test/immunization records Collect and process lab specimens; perform CLIA-waived testing
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or higher-level nursing program completion Current BLS Certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to administer medications and immunizations Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
