Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
Work Location:
In person Responsibilities Answer a busy multi-line phone system and assist patients in a professional, calm, and friendly manner Complete new patient intakes and gather required information Enter and maintain accurate patient demographic information Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using insurance portals Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and copays Support the administrative and billing team as needed What We're Looking For Experience in a medical or mental health office, or strong customer service experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette Strong organizational and clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Google products Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and focused Dependable, professional, and friendly demeanor; someone who brings calm to a busy day and is a team player.
