This part-time Medical Assistant position is based at the South Campus in the Community Based Pediatrics department, working 24 hours per week with varied hours Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing clinical duties such as taking vital signs, weight, height, and assisting with procedures Documenting patient information accurately in EPIC to ensure timely provider notes and encounter closures Managing patient flow, room stocking, and test/supply ordering Supporting delegated tasks from RNs, nurse practitioners, or physicians Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with staff to maintain efficient patient care Qualifications include: HSD/GED required Completion of a Medical Assisting program required CPR certification preferred at hire or obtained within 2 weeks of start date Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts that may vary.
