Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical office help to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of patient appointments. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage medical scheduling, including booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments and assisting doctor with patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is entered into the system properly. Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff members. Utilize medical office management systems. Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification processes. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and stocked with necessary materials. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient patient care. Requirements Previous experience as a Medical patient care or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with medical office patient care preferred, but no experience welcome. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
