Contract and contract-to-hire opportunities Emergent Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Medical Assistants to support busy physician offices in Beavercreek and Centerville, Ohio. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced medical office, is comfortable supporting multiple providers, and is committed to helping every patient feel welcomed and cared for. Immediate contract and contract-to-hire opportunities are available. Schedule Monday-Friday Eight-hour shifts Availability is required between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM Exact start and end times vary depending on the provider's schedule Responsibilities Room patients for up to two providers Obtain and accurately record vital signs Gather and document the reason for each patient's visit Prepare patients for examinations and procedures Update patient information in the electronic medical record Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical duties Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready environment Provide professional and compassionate service to patients Follow all office policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Requirements Previous Medical Assistant experience is required Current Medical Assistant certification Experience working in a physician office or clinical setting Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support up to two providers Current TB screening Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination Flu vaccination Medical and religious exemptions for the flu vaccination are accepted by the employer.
