Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Provide professional pharmacy services as a staff pharmacist administering flu vaccinations at onsite corporate flu shot clinics across Cleveland. This contract role requires traveling to assigned client locations on both the East and West sides of the city, delivering immunizations efficiently while utilizing Epic software to document as needed.
Responsibilities:
Administer flu shots at various business locations throughout Cleveland. Travel to client sites as assigned, standing or sitting as required during vaccination clinics. Use Epic system functionality to support patient care and documentation. Represent the pharmacy professionally at corporate client sites.
Qualifications:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing (required). Current BLS certification (required). Current immunization delivery certification (required). Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (required). Proficiency with Epic software (required). PharmD degree preferred. Prior experience with flu shot clinics or immunization events preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed pharmacist local to the Cleveland area, comfortable traveling East and West. Flexible availability with a variable part-time schedule; no minimum hours/days guaranteed. Self-sufficient and professional in client-facing environments. Confirmed current BLS and immunization certification along with Epic experience.
