Job Details Medical Group l Miamisburg l Full-Time l First Shift Responsibilities & Requirements The Revenue Cycle Systems Trainer I supports patient access, financial integrity, and operational reliability by developing and delivering training on revenue cycle processes and systems for staff across Kettering Health. This role ensures team members are equipped to use revenue cycle applications and follow compliant, efficient workflows. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Associate's degree or 5+ years internal deparment experience. At least 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations (such as patient access, billing, or collections) or in a training/education role within a healthcare setting. None required by law or regulation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Education, or related field. Experience delivering training on Epic or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience with instructional design or adult learning principles. Epic credentialing or certification in relevant modules (e.g., Resolute Hospital Billing, Professional Billing). AHIMA-Approved Revenue Cycle Trainer or similar credential.
