This part-time Medical Assistant position supports both clinical and clerical duties in a pediatric outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include:

Performing routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, weight, height, and assisting with procedures Documenting patient information accurately in EPIC to ensure timely provider notes and encounter closure Managing patient flow, room stocking, and ordering tests and supplies Supporting delegated tasks from RNs, nurse practitioners, or physicians Ensuring efficient patient care and delivering quality customer service through effective department interaction Work hours are Monday through Friday, with varying 8-hour shifts. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Medical Assisting program, and CPR certification (preferred at hire or obtained within two weeks).
