Office Manager / Medical Assistant - QuickMed Urgent CareOffice Manager / Medical Assistant QuickMed Urgent Care is looking for an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Office Manager/Medical Assistant to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and can effectively balance office management responsibilities with direct patient care. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the urgent care center. Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and daily workflow. Provide leadership, support, and direction to front-office and clinical staff. Assist with staff training and onboarding. Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies. Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive patient experience. Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories. Assist providers with examinations and procedures. Perform clinical duties such as EKGs, injections, phlebotomy, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing, as applicable. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Maintain inventory and ensure necessary medical and office supplies are available. Ensure the center remains clean, organized, and compliant with applicable healthcare regulations. Assist with resolving patient and operational concerns. Support the team in meeting quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals. What We're Looking For Previous Medical Assistant experience. Medical Assistant certification preferred. Previous supervisory or healthcare management experience preferred. Experience in urgent care, primary care, or outpatient healthcare preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently while supporting and leading a team.
