Medical Assistant

We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team in Sandusky. This full-time position will play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting our providers in delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness care.

Responsibilities:

Assist providers with aesthetic and wellness treatments and procedures Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies Escort clients to treatment rooms and help create a welcoming, luxury experience from start to finish Obtain and document medical histories, vital signs, and other pertinent client information Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to general inquiries Support the check-in and check-out process, including processing payments, promoting retail products, and helping clients navigate their treatment plans and future appointments Maintain accurate client records and uphold confidentiality standards Support inventory management, including monitoring and restocking medical supplies and products Collaborate with providers and fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that aligns with our medical spa's wellness-focused brand

Requirements:

Medical Assistant certification Previous experience in a medical office, aesthetic practice, or wellness setting preferred Previous experience with Vagaro preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping others feel their best Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Compensation:

Starting pay of $17 per hour
