We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can work 2-3 days a week and can work Fridays. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify patient information and assist with paperwork Collect payments and process transactions Respond to patient questions professionally and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Work with EHR/EMR softwares Take patient vitals Qualifications Previous receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Professional appearance and positive attitude Shows up on-time to open office Reliable and detail-oriented Ability to work with other people Preferred Experience Medical office experience Knowledge of EMR systems Experience in weight loss, wellness, or primary care clinics is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated healthcare environment where your skills directly contribute to exceptional patient care.
