7:00 AM•5:00
PMTuesday & Thursday:
9:00 AM•7:00 PMEvery Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Off!

Action Group Staffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Administrative Assistant for a growing family healthcare clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare while gaining valuable clinical experience.

The position begins with front office administrative responsibilities and includes employer-provided training to obtain and document patient vital signs under the supervision of the clinic's licensed medical provider. No prior clinical experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn.

ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients in a professional and compassionate mannerAnswer phones and schedule patient appointmentsVerify patient information and maintain accurate medical recordsProcess paperwork, referrals, and general office documentationCollect patient payments as neededMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirementsCoordinate patient flow throughout the clinicAfter training, obtain and accurately document patient vital signsPrepare and maintain examination roomsAssist with general clinic operations while providing exceptional patient serviceQualificationsPrevious administrative, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer and data entry skillsHighly organized with great attention to detailProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDesire to learn new skills and grow within a healthcare settingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRequirementsEmployer-provided HIPAA training requiredAbility to maintain strict patient confidentialityBackground screening and drug screening requiredBackgrounds reviewed on a case-by-case basis; no convictions involving violent crimes, sexual offenses, financial crimes, or fraudReliable transportation and excellent attendanceIf you're looking for a rewarding opportunity with a consistent four-day workweek and the chance to develop valuable healthcare skills, we'd love to hear from you!
