Job Description

As a Medical Assistant in Training (MA‑T), you'll gain the skills and experience needed for a meaningful career in healthcare—all while getting paid and making a difference in your community. - Program start date: 10/19/2026 What to Expect from the MA‑T Role This paid apprenticeship offers a direct pathway into a CMA career—no previous MA experience required. Over the course of 7-8 months, you'll receive:
- On-the-job clinical training through rotations
- Classroom instruction and continuing education
- Four hours of paid study time each week
