Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited program (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, or AMT with a current Medical Assistant Certification or License (CMA) A minimum of one year of prior outpatient medical assistant experience is preferred. BLS certification. Solid understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare practices Adheres to all policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high-quality and excellent customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the organization's best interest. Travel to other Advanced Dermatology locations required
Schedule:
Either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 36-40 hours per week, day shift
Wages:
Wages determined based on experience, entry wage is $20/hour
