We're a small radiation oncology clinic in Pendleton helping Eastern Oregon families get cancer treatment close to home. We're hiring one dependable person to cover a team member's leave for roughly 2 - 3 months. Schedule Tuesday 8:00-5:00, Wednesday 8:00-5:00, Thursday 8:00-2:00. No nights, no weekends, no on-call. What you'll do Room patients, take vitals, and prepare patients for consults and treatment Data entry and document in our medical record system Handle patient calls, questions, and follow-up Keep exam rooms and supplies clean and stocked Pitch in wherever the day requires it What we require At least one year of paid experience in a clinical, medical office, or similar professional setting. This is a fast-paced role — you'll be moving between patients, phones, and the computer throughout the day. High school diploma or equivalent. CNA, MA, LPN, or RN credentials are a plus . Who we're looking for We're looking for someone warm and calm with patients who are having some of the hardest weeks of their lives, reliable enough to show up on time every week they've committed to, and eager to learn a specialty they may not know yet. Pendleton is a small town and you will see people you know, so discretion matters here. About the "temporary" part This role has a defined end date of roughly two to three months, which makes it a good fit if you're looking for something short-term — between jobs, home for a school break, or filling a gap. That said, we're growing, and if you're a strong fit there may be an opportunity to move into a full-time role based on clinic needs and individual performance.
