Duties:
  • Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care
  • Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering injections
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Collect and record patient information, including medical history and symptoms
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records
  • Provide medical administrative support, such as answering phones and filing documents
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Experience:
  • Previous experience working as a Certified Medical Assistant in a hospital or healthcare setting, willing to train a new grad!
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and basic life support
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Strong patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care
  • Experience with medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Familiarity with performing vital signs measurements and assisting with X-rays
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Certified Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to strive to meet quality metrics since we are Tier 5 PCPCH through the
