Clinical Administrative Assistant (Full-Time) Falcon Institute of Health and Science Falcon Institute of Health and Science is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced academic and healthcare environment and enjoys working closely with students, faculty, and clinical partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage student clinical placements at affiliated healthcare sites Assist with lab scheduling and organization Coordinate and maintain clinical instructor schedules Monitor and track student clinical compliance requirements (clearances, documentation, deadlines) Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and clinical partners to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills:
Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent technology skills (experience with systems, databases, and tracking tools) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Join Falcon Institute?
