Here you go: Part-Time Medical Assistant — Headache Subspecialty Practice Pennsylvania Headache Center — Camp Hill, PA Pennsylvania Headache Center is a physician-owned direct-pay headache subspecialty practice looking for a reliable, organized part-time medical assistant to join our small team at our Camp Hill office. This is a focused, quiet clinical environment — a good fit for an experienced MA who wants steady part-time work without the chaos of a high-volume primary care setting. Schedule Mondays 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Wednesdays 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM 8 hours per week, in-person only No evenings, no weekends Pay $20.50 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience What You'll Do Email referring PCPs with clinical notes and correspondence on behalf of the physician Handle prior authorizations for 3-4 of our commonly prescribed medications (we will train you on our specific process) Answer phones and take messages Support day-to-day office workflow as needed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of medical office experience (medical assistant, medical secretary, front desk with clinical duties, LPN, or similar) Medical assistant certification preferred Demonstrated job stability — at least one prior role of 2+ years Punctual and dependable Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus while juggling several tasks at once Comfortable writing clear, professional emails to physicians Careful attention to detail — accuracy matters on prior auths and clinical correspondence Independent problem-solver who can work without constant direction in a small practice Willing to learn our specific prior authorization workflow Discretion with HIPAA-protected information To Apply Please email the following to careteam@paheadachecenter.org : Your resume Your email address A phone number where you can be reached The best times to call you Applicants who do not include all four items will not be considered.
