We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and motivated Medical Assistant to support our growing concierge primary care, wellness, and aesthetic practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The opportunity to join our exceptional team involves wearing multiple hats while providing elevated front desk, clinical, wellness, and aesthetic support within a thriving Concierge Primary Care and Aesthetic Practice. Our practice combines personalized concierge medicine with advanced wellness and aesthetic services including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and other fillers, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, DiamondGlow treatments, wellness injections, IV therapies, and medical-grade skincare including ZO Skin Health and SkinMedica. Reception & Patient Experience Support Provide exceptional concierge-level customer service by answering phones professionally, scheduling patients, educating patients on services and treatment options, checking patients into and out of the office, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their experience. Support a luxury patient experience by maintaining professionalism, organization, and strong attention to detail in all patient interactions. Clinical & Medical Assistant Support Provide high-level clinical support including obtaining vital signs, administering vaccinations as permitted within scope, phlebotomy, specimen processing, medication preparation support, wellness injections as delegated, assisting with IV preparation and monitoring support, and assisting providers with medical and aesthetic procedures. Medical Assistants are expected to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while working closely alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with medication and supply management, inventory organization, stocking and preparing treatment rooms, maintaining sterilization and cleanliness standards, and ensuring all clinical spaces remain organized, compliant, and patient-ready throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a beautiful, welcoming, patient-centered environment that aligns with the elevated experience of the practice. Medical Assistants play an essential role in supporting patient comfort, education, workflow efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate patient and provider needs are essential for success in this role. Provider Support & Clinical Coordination Support providers and nursing staff through proactive chart preparation, visit coordination to help ensure efficient, personalized, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include gathering patient information, obtaining outside records, organizing labs and documentation, assisting with executive physical preparation. Medical Assistants are expected to support efficient patient flow throughout the day while partnering closely with providers and clinical staff to maintain a highly organized and detail-oriented clinical environment. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and adapting to the changing needs of a fast-paced concierge and aesthetic practice. Patient Relationship Management & Practice Growth Exceptional patient care and relationship-building are key components of this role. Patient volume is intentionally lower than traditional practices, allowing for a more personalized and comprehensive patient experience. Team members are expected to build genuine relationships with patients while delivering the highest level of professional and compassionate care. Responsibilities also include personalized patient follow-up, callbacks, retention strategies, patient education, and supporting practice growth through cross-referral of wellness, aesthetic, and concierge services when appropriate. Candidates should feel comfortable discussing services confidently and helping patients navigate treatment options that align with their goals. Teamwork & Culture Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be willing to support both clinical and operational aspects of the practice. Flexibility, professionalism, positivity, discretion, and a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and concierge medicine are essential to success in this role. Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication with patients, providers, and team members. QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred Minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical office experience preferred Current CPR certification required Phlebotomy experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills required Experience in aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, or dermatology is a plus Marketing and social media knowledge is considered an asset Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and cell phone required
