Hours are Monday through Wednesday typically 7:00am to 3:00 or 3:30pm. No holidays. No weekends.
General Responsibilities include:
⦁ Accompany patients to exam rooms ⦁ Verify patient medical history, medication list, and purpose of visit ⦁ Keep supplies/instruments stocked in exam rooms ⦁ Assist with surgeries/procedures ⦁ Sterilize surgical instruments ⦁ Submit prior authorization requests ⦁ Effectively provide and explain results to patients ⦁ Order specialty medications ⦁ Complete forms/requisitions as needed ⦁ Schedule procedures Requirements include: ⦁ Prior experience with a medical office and customer service experience desired ⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office ⦁ Professional, Positive attitude ⦁ Attention to detail ⦁ Critical thinking with ability to problem solve ⦁ Multitasking and time management skills a must, with the ability to prioritize tasks ⦁ Ability to effectively communicate with patients both in person and on the phone ⦁ Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers both in person and in writing ⦁ Work collaboratively with all colleagues ⦁ Flexibility with schedule - ability to switch days with colleagues or fill in as needed Pay will be discussed at time of interview Employee discount on all skin care products Bonus pay twice per year
