REQUIRES

a strong understanding of EMR software, medical terminology as it relates to dermatology and familiarity with various healthcare systems. The Dermatology Assistant will support dermatologists in office visits, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities Assist dermatologists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sterile and ready for use. Document patient histories, and other relevant information accurately in EMA software. Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and post-procedure care. Manage appointment scheduling, including follow-ups for outpatient visits. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure that all materials are adequately stocked. Support assigned team with patient phone calls in regards to biopsy results, prescriptions and treatment plans. Qualifications Previous experience and fluidity with EMR system is
