This position will primarily be at our Johnstown office with occasional travel to our Patton, Roaring Spring, Altoona, State College or Bedford locations. Central PA Physicians Group offers complete outpatient cardio and vascular care, stress testing, vascular studies, echocardiogram peripheral services and angiographies, as well as podiatry services. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No weekends or holidays. Cardiology or podiatry experience is preferred. This position will be primarily responsible for covering the following when needed: Checking patients in and out, verifying insurances, collecting appropriate information. Handling incoming calls with our call center and directing them to the appropriate staff. Obtaining prior authorizations for office visits and procedures. Rooming patients (obtaining vitals and basic information for their visit with the physician or APP). Assisting the physicians and APPs Travel for coverage to all CPPG offices may occur PRN Excellent benefit package offered which includes: medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid time off, etc. Opportunity to increase in rate based on performance.
