Full-Time, Local Contract About the Position We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Associate (CMA) to join a busy, well-established family practice in Phoenixville, PA. This practice offers a collaborative team environment and is known for its long-tenured staff and supportive culture. Candidates should be able to commute to the practice within 30 minutes or less. Schedule Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling required Core working hours are between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM Practice hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview Responsibilities Room patients and prepare them for provider visits Obtain and document vital signs Perform phlebotomy Utilize the EMR system to notify providers when patients are ready Review and update patient information, including: Medical history Surgical history Family history Smoking status Allergies Medications Provide additional clinical support as assigned QualificationsRequired Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a physician office or medical practice setting Strong clinical and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience with Epic EMR Interview Process In-person interview required Interviews will be conducted onsite If you are a dedicated Medical Assistant looking to join a stable and supportive healthcare team, we encourage you to apply today. #allied2misc
