Role Overview :

Provides direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting, functioning as an essential team member under the provider's guidance. Performs clinical duties such as preparing patients, collecting vital signs, assisting with procedures, and supporting a safe environment. Handles administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, billing inquiries, and patient communication. Supports laboratory procedures, specimen collection, and maintains infection control protocols. Assists with patient education, inventory management, and room sterilization. Utilizes electronic medical records and scheduling systems to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications & Skills :

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from an accredited governing body. High School Diploma or GED required; specialty training preferred. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of medical procedures, infection control, and electronic health records. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :
