Clinical Administrative Assistant Reports to:
Clinical Director of Operations Status:
Full Time Provides administrative support to the Clinical Department. Inputs Electronic Medical Record and processes, distributes and maintains records. Provides administrative support as needed.
Duties:
- Prepares for IDT
- Tracks the completion of CTI, Plan of Care, and Hospice Orders
- Faxing IDT Notes
- Tracks the completion of the Non-Covered Addendum
- Tracks the completion of POLST
- Tracks Respites and updates EMR accordingly
- Updates EMR address and contact information as needed
- Uploading and mailing documents
- Binders - Follow up with documents that need to be added to the binder since admission
- Printing Recertifications and Plan of Cares that need to go to facilities along with assigning delivery of documents by field staff members.
- Maintenance of Shred/Records Room
- Phones
- Back up for DME
- Back up for Scheduling
- Back up for
Intake Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Driver's License
Auto Insurance Preferred Qualifications:
- CNA
- Medical Office Experience Expected hours: 40.
