Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour, depending on experience Monday-Friday schedule Full-time position Full benefits package Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick time Paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Patient Care Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, medication lists, and other clinical information Prepare patients for physician examinations and procedures Assist physicians with examinations and in-office procedures Provide patients with instructions and education as directed by the clinical team Assist with patient monitoring before, during, and after procedures as appropriate Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Clinical Support Prepare examination and procedure rooms Ensure supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained Assist with injections and other interventional pain procedures within the scope of training and applicable regulations Perform clinical tasks consistent with training, certification, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements Maintain infection-control and safety standards Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) Administrative Support Assist with patient check-in and check-out when needed Coordinate with front-office staff to maintain efficient patient flow Help obtain medical records, referrals, and other required documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Medical Assistant certification preferred Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a similar specialty is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Basic computer and EMR proficiency Willingness to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, personable, and passionate about patient care .
