Hours Weekly Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends or holidays) Keystone Pediatrics Waynesboro is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. As a fast-paced and expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of our community and are looking for a compassionate, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will support patient care and office operations through a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities. Duties include managing patient phone calls, requesting medical records for new patients, tracking referrals, monitoring laboratory results and diagnoses, obtaining medication prior authorizations, and assisting nursing staff as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous medical office or nursing support experience Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Required Qualifications:
