Duties Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring all clinical protocols are followed accurately. Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision, including data entry, preparing chart before visit, updating patient information, and maintaining confidentiality. Schedule appointments efficiently using schedule management tools, coordinating with patients and staff to optimize clinic flow. Handle phone communication professionally, addressing patient inquiries, confirming appointments, and providing clear information about services. Assist other entities such as Dialysis partners/ Lab/ Imaging and other patient care partners in ensuring smooth seamless transitions of care. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns empathetically. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while managing internal communication to ensure all team members are informed of updates or changes. Experience Prior administrative experience within healthcare settings is highly preferred to navigate clinic workflows efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes. Knowledge of health insurance policies, managed care processes, and revenue cycle management to support billing accuracy. Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems to accurately document clinical encounters. Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks; ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent client communication skills combined with a customer service mindset to create a positive patient experience. Experience in insurance third-party billing processes and understanding of the revenue cycle from claim submission to reimbursement is a plus.
