At Pediatric Digestive Health and Wellness, our mission is to deliver exceptional and compassionate pediatric gastroenterology care to children and their families. We provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing support from birth to age 21. Role Description This is a full- time hybrid position (in office/remote) for a Medical Assistant. Part-time candidates may be considered. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including providing patient care, managing medical records, supporting medical office functions and maintaining relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners. Qualifications Skills in Medical Assisting and Patient Care Proficiency in Medical Terminology Experience managing Medical Records and Medical Office tasks Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with families, vendors, community organizations, and healthcare partners Ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced specialty clinic environment Experience in pediatric care is a plus Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
