This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, supporting physicians and healthcare professionals with vital clinical and administrative tasks. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate medical documentation, and compassionate service, all while gaining valuable experience in medical field. This position is perfect for motivated individuals such as those eager to develop their skills in medical field and prepare to attend RN or Medical schools in the future, Responsibilities Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits. Manage medical documentation meticulously, including medical records, ICD coding, and detailed notes on patient encounters. Facilitate patient education by explaining procedures, medication instructions, and post-care instructions clearly and compassionately. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards. Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and billing information, obtain preauthorizations and managing electronic health records (EHR/EMR). Skills Proven experience in medical office settings with strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology. Proficiency in EHR systems (Electronic Health Records) management and documentation practices. Ability to perform vital signs measurement,Electrocardiogram, verify medications and dosages. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including geriatrics and inpatient individuals.
