Job Description

Medical Review Client Coordinator Sirius Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative for a full-time, temporary remote opportunity. This position will respond to inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, and other authorized representatives while providing data entry, case tracking, documentation, filing, and administrative support. All responsibilities must be performed with a high level of accuracy, customer service, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Position Details
  • Employment type: Full-time, temporary
  • Work arrangement: Remote
  • Assignment dates: September 8 through December 6, 2026
  • Pay frequency: Weekly Essential Job Functions
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding questions, report statuses, concerns, and general requests for information
  • Enter, update, and retrieve client and claimant information using appropriate systems and databases
  • Maintain daily communication with the Quality Assurance department regarding workflow and pending report statuses
  • Contact providers regarding assignments and update the database accordingly
  • File and archive open and closed cases
  • Verify that client information is accurate and current
  • Document client-specific guidelines, requirements, and case information within the appropriate system
  • Work independently and collaboratively to ensure questions are addressed, properly documented, and cases are returned on time
  • Direct calls and inquiries to other departments as needed
  • Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and quality-assurance concerns
  • Notify management of report issues, delays, or other concerns
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable HIPAA, regulatory, safety, legal, and company requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet-based applications
  • Working knowledge of computers, telephones, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and other general office equipment
  • Ability to be trained on and consistently follow HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond accurately to management direction
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Ability to remain focused while managing distractions and changing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle unexpected events professionally
