Qualifications Required Qualifications Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with completion of a formal clinical externship (160-hour minimum), OR Graduate from a Medical Assistant program without externship but with one-year clinical experience within the past five years, OR Current Professionally Recognized Medical Assistant Certification with five years of clinical experience, OR Licensed Paramedic/EMT with one-year clinical experience within the past five years, OR Military trained medical personnel with one-year clinical experience within the past five years. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and data privacy requirements. Computer proficiency, accurate typing skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook preferred). Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and EHR software. Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively in a remote team environment. Current driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications EPIC (Electronic Medical Record) experience.
