Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hybrid Medical Records & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This vital role combines managing electronic health records (EHR), ensuring healthcare privacy compliance, and providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, healthcare knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Manage electronic health records (EHR) and medical records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy protection and medical confidentiality policies. Maintain health information management systems, including data entry, record updates, and document organization. Assist with revenue cycle management tasks such as billing support and insurance documentation processing. Provide excellent customer service by responding to patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinical staff as needed. Ensure adherence to health regulation policies and healthcare privacy regulations by following all applicable laws and internal protocols. Support clinical staff with medical terminology interpretation, medical coding, and records management tasks. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless electronic health records (EHR) management and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office administration or health information management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems. Strong understanding of health regulation policies, healthcare privacy protection laws, and clinical confidentiality policies. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and revenue cycle management processes. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
