Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, and blood pressure Record and update patient medical history in EMR/EHR systems Assist physicians during examinations and procedures Prepare and administer pediatric immunizations as directed Perform basic clinical tasks such as wound care and specimen collection Educate parents and guardians on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Maintain infection control standards and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked Manage patient flow to ensure timely care and provider efficiency Handle lab specimens and coordinate with labs as needed Provide a comforting and supportive environment for pediatric patients

Required Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certificate Minimum 1-2 years of clinical/back office experience Experience with EMR/EHR systems Current BLS/CPR Certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills TSHL01

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
