$23.50 - $25.68 per hour Pay is determined by years of experience.
Position Overview:
A top multi-practice medical facility in Bluffton, South Carolina is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support physicians and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in a specialty medical office environment.
Flexible Schedule options:
Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm Tuesday-Friday 7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday 7:45a-5pm and Fridays 1/2 day.
Requirements:
Current CMA certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required Strong phlebotomy and injection skills Experience obtaining vitals and preparing patients for examination Ability to coordinate referrals and prescription refills efficiently Epic EMR experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs and medical histories Perform phlebotomy and administer injections as ordered Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures Manage referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide excellent patient support and education Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
