Job Description
Overview Busy, fast-paced family practice clinic seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a clinical setting. Duties Room patients and obtain vital signs Prepare patients for exams and procedures Assist provider during visits Perform EKGs, injections, and basic lab procedures Manage patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations Document accurately in EMR Handle phone calls, refills, and patient communication Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA/RMA) Prior experience in family practice or primary care preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
