As a Certified Medical Assistant at RHDC you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operation of our back office. You will support our provider and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities You will manage the MA team to develop, execute and complete assignments, organize team roles, document operational tasks and report to upper-level management, assist with new employee training, plan and participate in projects, work on biologics, solve problems creatively, organize and delegate assignments to MA team members, and must have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. You will need to work hands on as a certified medical assistant and be part of the MA workload rotation.

•We run payroll weekly and also provide Loyalty bonus at 6 mo, 12 mo and after that annually. After 90 days you'll be eligible for benefits as paid holidays, PTO, 401K.
